3. To enter, you must be subscribed to Games Workshop’s Warhammer Age of Sigmar Facebook account at https://www.facebook.com/WarhammerAgeofSigmar/ and comment on the giveaway post. This account will provide you with the latest news, promotions, hobby inspiration and more.
4. This competition is open to residents worldwide, excluding Russia, Belarus and Italy.
5. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
6. Unsubscribing from the channel will remove your entry from the prize draw.
7. One entry per person.
8. The competition will open at 12 pm (BST) on the 22nd August 2024 and will run for 7 days. The competition will close at 12 pm (BST) on the 29th August 2024.
9. All subscribers who comment on the giveaway post will be entered into the prize draw. 1 winner will be chosen in total.
10. The draw will be made by random selection. The prize draws will take place at Games Workshop Limited, Willow Rd, Lenton, Nottingham NG7 2WS after 12 pm (BST) on the 29th August 2024. The chance of winning depends upon the number of entries received. The winner selected will be notified via direct message within Facebook within three (3) days of being selected.
11. The prize will consist of 1x Spearhead box of choice. If your chosen box is not available, another box may be chosen.
12. There is 1 (one) prize to be won.
13. The value of the prize is GBP £100 (One hundred British pounds) / AUD $195 (One hundred ninety-five Australian dollars).
14. If an entry is drawn which belongs to a resident of Canada or Belgium, they must correctly answer a skill-testing question in order to win a prize, in accordance with the law in those territories.
15. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
16. The prize will be dispatched by Games Workshop when the item becomes available to purchase. The winner will be contacted prior to shipment. Entrants must therefore be aware that should they win, there will be a delay between the notification that they are a prize-winner and receipt of the prize. By participating, entrants confirm their acknowledgement of, and agreement to, this clause.
17. A potential winner is not eligible for any prize unless they have fully complied with the requirements of these official rules and they have been notified they are a prize winner by Games Workshop.
18. Entries may be rendered void if any of the Terms and Conditions are breached. If a winning entry is rendered void, a redraw will take place to select another winner.
19. Winners must claim their prize by responding to their direct message before 5th September 2024. If the winner has not claimed their prizes by this date, then a redraw will be held. This redraw will take place at Games Workshop Limited, Willow Rd, Lenton, Nottingham NG7 2WS on 10th September 2024. The redraw will be made by random selection. The winner selected from the draw will be notified directly via Facebook within three (3) days of being selected. The redraw winner may also be announced online. The winner of the redraw must claim their prize within 3 months. If the prizes have not been claimed within this time, then the opportunity to win the prizes will be lost and the competition will be finished.
20. GW will use winners’ names and places of residence (in the format of initial, surname and county, e.g. J Bloggs from Nottinghamshire) in our legitimate interests for advertising and promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations to demonstrate that the valid winner has been awarded a prize. Details of the winner will be published on Games Workshop’s Warhammer Age of Sigmar Facebook social media page. If you do not wish your name and/or place of residence to be published or made available, or you wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available, please inform GW at the time you claim the prize. Winners from Germany will not have their details announced unless express consent is obtained, due to restrictions in German law.
21. Games Workshop reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, to the extent permitted by law. In such event, Games Workshop will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.
22. Entries from trade partners or employees of Games Workshop, their families, agents or any other person connected with the administration of the competition will not be considered.
23. These rules are governed by the laws of England and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding.
